This issue is usually caused by the error or incomplete runs. Please check viewplanner.log for any error. Additionally, check the directory /root/ViewPlanner/vpresults/<name of run profile>/<date time of the run> to see if the report data are created like *remote.dat, *remote.csv, *remote-report.txt, *vcdata-host.txt, etc.
For View Planner Benchmark Score, check if the *remote-report.txt file is created and check the content of *compliance.txt to see if your set up meet the requirements for VDImark.
