What non-VMware licenses do I need to budget for a small 20 user Horizon 6.2 implementation?

What non-VMware licenses do I need to budget for a small 20 user Horizon 6.2 implementation?

For example, I know I need to budget for Win 2012R2 + MS SQL standard, but what else do I need to budget for?

My manager asked that I build in redundancy, does that mean I need two load balancer VMs?  What should I use and how much will it cost?
