kernel 3.2: nic order with 4 network adapter or more with e1000 and vmxnet3

Hi:

I am facing an issue when I add both vmxnet3 and e1000, for the nic order.  In one of the threads, I could get solution for vmxnet3 nic ordering issue by adding:

# cat /etc/udev/rules.d/69-vmxnet3-net.rules file for 8 nic interfaces. But if both are added as in vmxnet3 and e1000, again I see issue with nic ordering.

Has anyone seen this issue and have some suggestion?  Please let me know.
