VMrun doesn't run using player 12.0.1 and VIX 1.15.1

I want to use CLI to start guest VM, but it said canceled.

I see the log

msg.License.no_valid_license_see_website] Cannot find a license key to unlock this version of VMware Workstation.

vmx| I125+ Go to our web site at "http://vmware.com/info?id=27&build=3160714" to obtain a valid license key

So I purchase a license of VMware workstation Player 12 then key in the key, but the same error appear.

How to solve it.
