Best way to do a backup / restore solution

Hi

I am gonna to get in two physical servers (A and B, both installled 4x4TB Hdd running RAID-5) and install VMWare 6.0 on it

All guest VMs are running Windows 2012 R2

(A) will be a LIVE hosts (which contains a Web Server (C), FTP Server (D), A middle tier server (E)

(B) will install a Windows 2012 R2 and install the Vxxam backup software and this will backup (C) (D) (E) to server (B)

Once (A) is fall down, I will restore the VM (C) (D) (E) to server (B)

Do you have further recommendation or advise ?!
