The mac is a macbookpro10,1 that was upgraded (unfortunately) to el captain. Recently upgraded to fusion 8.0.2.

I'm just a tech support guy so I have no idea what he did to it. I had it last night and I copied over a Windows 10 vm. It worked just fine. One of my coworkers logged into a different account on the same machine this morning and tried access the same VM. Even though I gave everyone permissions to get to it, it was throwing an "internal error". Even after that, he reinstalled another VM and it was working fine. Enter 8 hours later and the guy it belongs to brought it down with a black screen. I have no idea what he did, though he was in his VM doing work most the time. Do you think downgrading to 8 instead of 8.0.2 would help?

Thanks,

Scott
