PEARSON VUE ISSUE

Hi ,

I Planned to take VDCD550 exam in 15th November 2015  but due to some errand I need to change the date to next Month. I already have the coupon which shows the validity till 30 december 2015. Now the Pearson VUE Guys not able to change the exam date saying this coupon doesn't allow me to change the date .

How to deal with them.
