The virtual machine loses its drive. Help please!

Virtual machine with vcenter onboard gets its virtual disk unexpectedly unmounted while data protector is performing some backup operations. Windows server goes to BSOD and vm cannot start - operating system not found. Now this is happening almost every day. Help please!
