But to be fair I don't do free support via email as then it becomes work.
I do not work for VMware, any free support on VMware products I provide is via the forums only so that anybody else can take over if I do not have the time to follow up and also so that others can find solutions by searching the forum.
If you need more personal support then you'll have to open a ticket with VMware itself.
