ESXi has the ability to check the hardware's health status. According to the screenshot one of the disk drives reports a predictive failure, which means that the disk may fail completely soon. Most hardware vendors will replace disk drives with a predictive failure status, if an active support agreement exists.
A predictive failure means that the disk drive reports that it cannot handle much more failures on the disk, i.e. relocate bad blocks.
