Hi All,
I checked all logs and identified that problem occured after time that upgraded my host to ESXi 6.0 u1 (v3073146).
For some unknown reason it transfers some root directories (var, log) e.t.c from my MicroSD (installed Hypervisor) to an SSD disk. Also i found a storage renamed from XXXX to XXXX (1). I suppose that some kind of access issues between Host and users took place. I used several tasks like : but with no luck.
1)Add/delete users (including root)
2)tried to unmount/mount Datastores
3)upgrade ESXi host from (v3073146) to (v3073146).
I ended up to re-install from scratch ESXi 6.0 u1 (v3073146) again on Micro SD and make all settings from scratch. Then i re-added datastores and RDM drives and everything return back to normal.
