Re: Corrupt vmdk file - VD: error VERR_VD_VMDK_INVALID_HEADER

The .vmdk file has not been touched since Oct. 1st. When was the last time you used the VM, and when did you last backup your system?

 

Please download dsfok.zip from http://faq.sanbarrow.com/index.php?action=artikel&cat=47&id=111&artlang=en extract the executables and run the following commands in the VM's folder.

dsfo.exe "ROS Indigo Common 64_v1-disk2.vmdk" 0 1536 "ROS Indigo Common 64_v1-disk2.bin"

Then compress/zip the .bin file and attach it to a reply post. I'm currently away from home, so it may take some time for me to check the file and reply.
