esxi 5.5, one host lost LUN, host and VMs crashed

Hello,
I have 3 esxi hosts 5.5 U3, with vcenter server 6.0 U1a, HA enabled with VM monitoring (vmware tools hearbeat enabled).
My datastore is connected with iSCSI.

One host is crashed; Inaccessible/Not-Responding in vCenter, and all VMs in this host are Inaccessible/Not-Responding.

After check the logs with techical support, the storage behavior occured on esxi host when it try access presented storage but not available.
Other hosts not had problems with this datastore.
But, all VMs on crashed host are Inaccessible/Not-Responding.

Issue was resolved by esxi host reboot where datastore locks were released.

After reboot we can access shared datastore.

I'm try to investigate the real problem of storage lost on this host, but my problem/question is another.

In this case, how can I protect my VM so that re-start automatically on another host ?

Actually, on my HA settings, I have:

- host monitoring enabled

- VM restart priority: high

- Host isolation response: leave powered on

- VM monitoring: VM and application monitoring

- datastore heartbeating enabled

Can you help me to how can I protect my VM so that re-start automatically on another host when one host in cluster lost storage/lun ?

Tnx
Manuel
