Mouse/Keyboard no longer work when start in bootcamp, only work in VMware/mac after El Capitan

After the installation of El Capitan, my mouse and keyboard no longer work when restarted to window. I believe it has to do something with drivers?

1. When start vmware in mac it says that I do not have write access : The symptom is like this link https://communities.vmware.com/thread/522527?start=0&tstart=0

After having problem as mentioned above, clicking deny all seems to allow me to run the VMware just fine. However, when restarted to run in window OS, I am unable to use mouse or keyboard.

Problem:

1. Some application like AutoCad requires full ram/cores/graphic, I am unable to utilize those software.

2. Since mouse and keyboard do not work, I cannot reinstall the bootcamp driver, running VMware from Mac does not allow me to install the driver either.

3. In device manager, from Mac/VMware, it says I am using VMware something as my driver

My system: highest spec iMac 5k

Best regards,

PV
