ntdll problem with workstation 12 player

Hi,

I installed this new version (Workstation 12 player).

I had vm machine built with VmWare player (older version) with OS  Win server 2008 and Oracle sqldeveloper working fine on it.

Since the new version (workstation 12) they do not work. sqldeveloper crashes with Event id 1000 :

I built entierly new vmware but the same problem.
