deploy OVF error after upgrade from 5.5 to 6

i did upgrade of vmware from 5.5 to 6 but after export machines to ova and then upgrade with fresh install erase all thing from hard disk now im try to deploy ova i found (error failed to deploy ovf package the task was canceled by a user)
