First of all, find a CPU that will support the memory you have purchased, then look at a motherboard that supports it.
I'm not sure on the AMD side of CPUS. For intel to support that memory speed and capacity on 1 CPU you will be looking at a Xeon E5 v3, Or you can do it on 2 physical Xeon E3 v5 CPUs, which may be more cost effective.
